All courses for the academic year 2016-2017 will take place at Conway Hall, 25 Red Lion Square, London WC1R 4RL (the home of the Conway Hall Ethical Society). We will be using the Artists Room and the Library, which are at different ends at the top of the building (on the Red Lion Square / Lambs Conduit Passage side). Please note that these rooms are at the top of many stairs and that there is unfortunately no disabled access. These rooms seat between up to about ten people.
How to enrol
In order to enrol, please contact the course tutor using the contact details provided with the course description. You will need to pay the tutor directly in advance to book a place on the course, either by cheque or bank transfer or by PayPal.
There are two levels of fee for standard ten week courses:
- Standard: £120
- Concessionary: £90 – for senior citizens and the unwaged; proof required.
There will be a maximum limit of five concessionary places on all courses.
If having enrolled for a course, you then want to cancel, you must contact the tutor at least two weeks before the course starts. The tutor will then refund your fees, less an administration fee of 15%. A student who withdraws subsequently will not be eligible for a refund, unless there are very special circumstances, in which case pro-rata refunds may be payable.
If a course does not run, then all fees received will be refunded in full. If individual classes have to be cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, then pro-rata refunds will be paid to students.
In all cases, refunds will be made by the tutor concerned.
